We are making changes to our operation as regulated by our College guidelines to maintain a safe environment and social distancing standards. Your Nose Creek team will all be wearing masks, so you may not be able to see us smile under our masks, but we are all happy to see you again! :)
Please stay in your vehicle until 5 minutes before your appointment. We will have limited space in our waiting room and have removed most of the chairs. We will be asking you to remove your shoes and socks. We will supply fresh clean clinic socks and a mask. Please leave all your belongings in your car. There will be no extra items allowed past the front desk. Food and drink are not permitted. Do not bring extra family members with you. If you do, they will be asked to wait on benches in the hallway. We will ask you to make sure to submit your online intake sheet ahead of time.
Hand Sanitizer will be available at the front entry area, and you will be asked to clean your hands. We are wiping down all surfaces on a frequent basis. The gym will be closed temporarily, so please do your home exercises/warm-up before your appointment. All staff will be complying with personal protection equipment requirements and will follow a more comprehensive personal hand washing protocol.
Use of tap for payment is preferred when possible. We would recommend that you enter the Mall through the south doors by First Calgary as they are automatic, and you will not have to touch the door. We will remind you at the front desk to use the washroom before your visit to reduce risk of contact spread. We will welcome you at our open front door.
