Manual osteopathy is a form of holistic manual treatment that emphasizes the relationship between the structure and function of the human body. Manual osteopaths focus on restoring balance to the body by reducing pain and inflammation and increasing strength in order to allow the body to heal itself, and gradually improve overall function. Manual Osteopathy is best known for neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders such as back and neck pain, sciatica, sporting injuries, and postural strain. However, some such as myself focus a lot on foot health, TMJ dysfunction, and Pelvic control.
I’ve used Nose Creek for all my sports-related injuries and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Front desk staff are always so kind and friendly and make sure you’re comfortable! My latest experience was with Radek; he made physio fun, encouraged and pushed me and helped build up my confidence. Radek was so attentive, always checking in to make sure I was doing okay and offered a ton of support both in session and by email. I would highly recommend Nose Creek to anyone looking for a well rounded, top notch, physio experience!!

Amazing place for physio, you are treated with kindness and respect and it feels like a warm environment. My mother was treated here and I was very anxious but I realized what great hands she was in so it put me at ease! My mother was always happy and looking forward to coming in so I knew it was an excellent place. They are very thorough and genuinely care for their patients by going above and beyond in their work! We are so glad we came here for treatment! I highly recommend them!

Both Kris and Mariah have given great relief when ever I visited the clinic and I never left disappointed. However, I will not be returning as I get annoyed dealing with face masks. The face is the mirror of the soul and the most noble part of the body. Hide the face and it almost seems like your are dealing with a body without a soul. I am done with this and the clinic needs to get over it. Thank you.

What conditions are treated with Chiropractic?
Chiropractic has been known to be effective for acute and chronic low back pain, neck pain, and headaches. It may also help tennis elbow and other sports injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, otitis media (ear infection), digestive problems and whiplash-related problems.
Is it safe for me?
Chiropractic is widely recognized as among the safest, drug-free, and non-invasive ways to treat pain in the neck, head, and back. Most patients experience relief after their first chiropractic adjustment. However, some experienced temporary pain and slight swelling after their first treatment. These minor adverse effects are typically short-lived.
How does it work?
Chiropractic adjustments are applied with expert care through manipulation to the areas that have failed to function or have abnormal movement patterns. Manipulation is administered to the affected areas which then leads to the release of joint pressure; providing relief and helping ease the pain.
How many chiropractic sessions do I need?
The number of sessions needed and its result may vary by a lot of factors such as length of the condition, lifestyle, and your commitment to your chiropractic schedules. For many patients, conditions such as common back pain, it only requires 3 visits or so to feel a noticeable difference.
What should I expect on my first visit?
The standard primary routine involves acquiring information prior to diagnosis or treatment. Complete medical history is needed. Physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations will be conducted. The postural and spinal analysis will be performed to evaluate the spine. Your following treatments will include adjustments, therapeutic treatments, and ergonomic education.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Bring your insurance information (if planning to have insurance cover TX, your doctor's note (if you have one), wear comfortable (loose fitting) clothing, and a big smile.
What happens on my first visit?
You will be thoroughly assessed by a highly trained, licensed physiotherapist. Treatments are to be done on subsequent visits.
What shall I wear?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is suggested as specific areas in the body are subject to evaluation and treatment. For instance, if the issue is on your knee then it’s better to wear shorts or loose-fitting pants that can be rolled up.
How many treatments do I need?
Number of treatments depends on your condition and the severity of your injury. Everyone responds differently to their type of treatment, but you will know on day 1 before you leave, what is suggested.
Is a doctor's referral necessary?
A doctor’s referral isn't necessary, but in rare cases, our physiotherapist may need you to see your doctor to get further testing done. Note that some extended insurance may require a doctor’s referral to get reimbursements for physiotherapy as well.
