Shawndra Hyland

Shawndra graduated from UBC in 1995, with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics, and from Manchester University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (Honours). In 2008, she achieved the internationally recognized designation of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists (FCAMT). In addition to her experience as a competitive swimmer, she has worked with athletes of all levels in sports that include hockey, lacrosse and soccer. In 2005, she was the team Physiotherapist for the Whitecaps Women’s reserve team and in 2008, she worked with the Whitecaps youth team. Passion for her work is accompanied by passion for skiing, hiking, biking, travelling, friends and family.
